1Who we are
QS Mind runs this website and its products, including Quanta, and decides how the personal data described here is used. Our address is El Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt, and you can reach us at qsmind@agentmail.to.
2On this website
If you join the community, we keep your email address and the language you chose, and send you a welcome email. If you write to us through the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to our mailbox so we can reply.
To stop automated abuse, the website counts how often each internet (IP) address sends a form. The address is held only in the server's memory and is not saved to a database.
3In Quanta
When you use Quanta we keep your account and sign-in details, your chats, the files you upload, the BOQs and documents it produces, what you ask it to remember, your usage, your payments, the emails we send you and the share links you create.
We use them to provide the service to you, to bill you and apply your plan's limits, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
4Who else handles it
We use service providers for AI models, hosting and databases, card payments, web search and sending email. Each receives only what its part of the work needs. What you send to Quanta is processed by AI models to produce its answers.
Card numbers are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store them.
5Sharing and memory
A share link shows only the content you chose and its exports. You can set it to expire or revoke it at any time, and you can see how many times it was viewed.
You can view, edit, delete or turn off what Quanta remembers about you; a deletion applies from the next message. Our team's tools do not show your content.
6Marketing email
We send marketing email only if you agreed to it, for example by joining the community. To stop it at any time, reply to any of our messages or write to us at qsmind@agentmail.to.
7How long we keep it
Account data stays for as long as you have the account. When you delete content or your account, it disappears at once and is removed for good after 30 days.
A sign-in session ends when you sign out, or after 30 days at most. Emails we send are kept for 90 days. Payment records are kept separately, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Community sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them. Contact-form messages stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to answer you.
8Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, write to qsmind@agentmail.to from the address you use with us.
9Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Quanta uses a cookie to keep you signed in, which it cannot work without, and remembers choices such as language and theme in your browser. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Clearing your cookies signs you out of Quanta, and you can change the language and theme at any time from their controls.
10Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Sign-in sessions expire on their own, and card numbers never reach us.
11Children
QS Mind's products are made for professionals and are not meant for children.
12Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
