1Who we are
QS Mind builds AI tools for construction cost work: measurement, estimating, tendering and procurement. Our address is El Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt. By using this website or any QS Mind product you accept these terms.
2The service
Our products produce quantities, prices and documents with the help of AI. These are estimates. A qualified professional must review them before they are used in a tender, a contract or a payment.
3Your account
You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Give accurate information when you register, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
4Prices and payment
Prices are in Egyptian pounds for customers in Egypt and in US dollars for customers outside Egypt. Prices in Egyptian pounds include 14% VAT. The amount and currency are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by card through our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
A paid subscription runs for the period you paid for, monthly or annual. Automatic renewal is your choice. With it on, your card is charged at the start of each new period until you turn it off. With it off, we send you a payment link before the period ends and the subscription renews when you pay it.
5Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
6Fair use
Use the products for lawful work, within the limits of your plan. Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, share one account between several people, or use it to harm others.
7Your content
The files you upload and the documents you produce are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you.
8Our responsibility
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.
9Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell subscribers by email before a change that affects what they pay.
10Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo decide any dispute. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
