Refund and cancellation policy

1. 1What we sell

   QS Mind sells subscriptions to software used over the internet. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to exchange or return: this policy covers cancelling a subscription and refunding a payment.

2. 2Cancelling

   You can cancel at any time from your account, or by writing to us. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that.

3. 3Refunds

   First payment: if you ask within 14 days of the first payment for a new subscription, we refund it in full.

   Renewals: a renewal payment is not refunded once the new period has started. To stop a renewal, turn automatic renewal off before the renewal date, or do not pay the renewal link.

   Mistakes: a payment charged twice or charged in error is always refunded in full.

4. 4How to ask, and how long it takes

   Write to qsmind@agentmail.to from the email address on your account, with the date of the payment. We answer within 3 working days.

   An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
