Plans and billing
What does QS Mind cost?
Quanta has three plans: Free at 0, Plus at 19 US dollars a month or 190 a year, and Pro at 49 a month or 490 a year. A year costs the price of ten months.
Qiyas and Tawreed are free on your desktop with your own AI key.
See the pricing pageWhich currency do I pay in?
In US dollars, for every customer. Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, takes the payment and adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where your country requires it. The full amount is shown before you pay.
When the day's exchange rate is available, the pricing page also shows what each plan equals in Egyptian pounds, Saudi riyals and UAE dirhams.
What does a paid plan add to Free?
Free is for small estimates to try Quanta. Plus adds daily BOQs, live market prices and take-off from drawings. Pro is for large BOQs and tenders, with the highest limits. On Plus and Pro your files stay until you remove them.
A paid plan will also add QS Mind AI to Qiyas and Tawreed, so you need no key of your own. That part is coming soon.
What are the usage limits?
Each Quanta plan has its own limits: Free for small estimates, Plus for daily BOQs and Pro the highest. With your own AI key in the desktop apps, you pay that service directly for what you use; QS Mind charges you nothing.
What the tools will not do (design, calculate loads or approve anything) is in the terms.
Read the termsHow do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel at any time inside Quanta: open Settings, then Billing, and choose Cancel plan. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
A first payment for a new subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. A renewal is not refunded once its period has started. A payment charged twice or in error is always refunded in full.
Read the refund policyDo you see my card details?
No. Paddle takes the payment; we never see or store card numbers.
The desktop apps
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, in the desktop apps. In Tawreed, open Settings, add a connection to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI or an OpenAI-compatible service and paste your own API key, or choose ChatGPT (Codex) to work through your ChatGPT subscription.
You pay that service directly for what you use; QS Mind charges you nothing.
How to use TawreedWhy do Windows and macOS warn me when I open Tawreed?
We don't use a paid code-signing certificate yet, so Windows SmartScreen or macOS Gatekeeper warns that the publisher is unknown. First check the file's SHA-256 checksum, listed on the Tawreed page.
Then, on Windows, choose More info, then Run anyway. On macOS, right-click the app (or Control-click) and choose Open; on macOS 15 and later, try to open it once, then choose Open Anyway in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Check the checksumsHow does Tawreed update?
Tawreed checks for a new version when it opens, and installs it only when you press Update and restart.
Your files and privacy
What happens to the files I upload?
On Quanta's Free plan nothing you upload is kept: a file you attach in a chat is read for that conversation, then deleted with its text within a day. On Plus and Pro your files stay until you remove them; what you delete disappears at once and is removed for good after 30 days.
Your files are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you, and we do not sell your data. Tawreed keeps your files on your PC, and sends BOQ content to the AI service you chose only after you consent for that project and connection.

Which languages and countries do you work in?
Arabic and English, in three markets: Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Each Quanta workspace works in one of them, and its prices come from that market alone.
